Flowers are by nature, temporary items and seasonal. Although JenCraftsEvents uses  only the finest florals, some blooms will occasionally wilt sooner than expected and  will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other  uncontrollable factors. JenCraftsEvents is not responsible for any blooms that wilt indoors or outdoors as temperatures vary and are a natural cause for floral to change  in size and shape. Upon receipt structure is intact and the client accepts it as is (As per  design). For outdoor use JenCraftsEvents does not guarantee perfect results but  does everything in their power to give your florals the longest life possible. We have  not had any incidents with our florals being damaged by the sun or heat but must  warn all our clients beforehand. While we try to use the exact blooms you would prefer, flowers are seasonal items. We will  do everything in our power to use the same blooms that were asked for but ultimately  cannot guarantee them. We do guarantee a color palette as provided by the client and  will provide all necessary replacements to flowers to not alter the final vision.
